This company has a policy to not disrespect fellow employees. If you were caught talking about someone else, you would get in trouble...possibly written up or fired. This is a great policy if it also applied to upper management.

This company is co-owned by scientologists. Need I say more.
There is no teamwork at this company.
Level of Autonomy
The workload is not fairly distributed. Every departmental managers ideas were disregarded because the VP wants the managers to micro manage.
