BMO is extremely sales goal oriented. Upper management threatens your job on a daily basis if goals are not met. This makes it nearly impossible for supervisors/managers to commend little successes
Support from Management
Little support, jobs threatened, unrealistic goals
Team tried very hard to meet goals and stayed positive even while being micro-managed
Level of Autonomy
Workload is difficult. Often was unable to complete workload due to staff shortages, meetings, customer issues, etc.
