Suggestions for improvement
- Clean house of the money/motivation drains on the executive team and bring in real motivators to restructure and try and grasp what was lost in a once great company.
I like about the employer
The job and ability of the operations and admin personnel is exceptional. Lots of potential.
I dislike about the employer
The executive level managers make very rash, untimely decisions based on less than accurate data and have outlandish expectations. They are a very clicky bunch that barely observe professionalism in the workplace. Job security is reserved for those that are in the inner sanctum of the cool table; often the top performers are ridiculed and kept at arms length so that the inner crew can bask in their self worthiness for all to see.
