Suggestions for improvement
- Dress down everyday.lol No major improvements needed.
Service dept is mismanaged by a 30 year old who has a total of 3 years automotive experience. He never returns calls and always shifts blame to others for why problems occur.
Management doesn't support, they hope you'll support them.
The team is one of the better ones I've worked with from front to back.
You will be micromanaged by a comapnybwho cares only about the numbers.. not the people.
