Support from management
Again, there was no support.
Very little communication through the company, the service BDC manager did not help whatsoever with calls. She focused more on yelling at her husband in the same room and speaking about her children/dogs.
Office / Work Environment
We’re in the same room as the manager and we would always hear all the conversations she was having (personal). It was always so awkward is she was in a bad mood. Not a very great environment, my coworkers were the only ones getting me through the day.
The only positive thing is I still had a personal life.
Everyone was either very lazy at the job, never able to answer the phone because I was a receptionist also. No one would help.
We used to be in an older building and when I opened we’d have to go through a garage because no one had the decency to open any other door. I slipped and fell in front of a mechanic and he helped me up.
It was always so slow.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management and communication. Also there was a lot of favoritism, which is very unprofessional.
