Suggestions for improvement
- Give us fair raises. Have staff events. Stop trying to manage everything through email. Have HR actually do something about the hiring issues.
I like about the employer
I can get technical training when the wind is blowing in the right direction
I dislike about the employer
There is no leadership. The management actually lies to staff in open meetings and get caught. Work distribution is based on favoritism so others will not get challenged. They post jobs but will not interview people for the job because they already have the person on staff that they want to have it. The posting is a formality. No advancement. I have not seen a meaningful raise in 7 years. Staff are leaving ever month because of salary issue. They will not even talk about a raise until you are into the second week of your two week notice.
