Suggestions for improvement
- Get all manager involved/interested in employee growth
Can't trust management to make the right decisions because they do so in a vacuum without having all the facts.
Leadership is not always helpful. They did not understand the stress and commitment required from their employees.
Workload was not always fairly distributed. High performers typically get more and more work piled on them because management can trust them to get it done.
