Told many a times that as a shift that Walmart is hiring.
Support from management
Can't find them. They were off hiding.
Depends on shift and people there at the time.
Freedom to work independently
Favorites and suck ups.
They only communication was monthly meeting saying what we did wrong.
For the most part.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Look at like dead weight and another body.
Unless you go to school at the same time I would say no. Unless you place the sit and wait game, till some is fired or quits.
Overall compensation for your work
No raises in years, while insurance keep increasing.
Office / Work Environment
Out of date equipment, uniforms and facilities.
Long hours and people calling out because they hate there job! Which means longer hours.
Everyone hated the job. Ever spring and summer they always hiring for a reason.
Yes I would say it's a decent secure job.
You would never be hired if you we're disabled.
Training was a joke and was used to make sure the company was protected.
It was a joy working with the kids and teachers.
Inclusive / Diverse
On rare occasions were someone made a smart call on something.
Suggestions for improvement
- A clean slate.
What I like about the company
Strong team work skills. When there is s team working.
What I dislike about the company
That once the team work forms the shift is broken up because other shifts needed help.
