Unrealistic sales goals...management does a poor job of steering sales success
No job security...at whim employee
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire more relevant managers, upgrade technology to speed the buying process, make customer negotiation areas more private. If the first point was attended to then the rest would fall in place. Lots of potential for a great business but falls short by failure to keep on the cutting edge.
