There is no real teamwork factors at this store.
I can't remember the last time a meeting was held for the employees.

There is a better chance for someone just starting to be promoted than those within.

No, the wages are not fair, individuals working on the front have less responsibilities.
My contributions to the company are great. My efforts make me very proud.

No they are not. The environment is a total female staff that does not promote qualified persons
Suggestions for improvement
- The way to improve on the morale of the employees is to offer a fair wage and the chance for others to advance. The way in which raises are given such a disappointment. they are not given in timely fashions but when the manager feels like giving it to the employee.

Being able to work a somewhat flexible job
What I dislike about the company
The management has its picks and when trying to make a complaint against a manager where the store or the district manager they team together to have the blame fall on the person complaining.
