Support from management
There is a large communication gap between upper management and the people who actually do the work.
A major change in the culture and the status quo or mind shift needs to take place before this will improve.
Freedom to work independently
They encourage independent thinkers to share their ideas but find it difficult to implement the ideas.
Upper management is great at letting you know what needs to change but are lacking in giving you a solution on how to implement the be changed.
