They freely use layoffs to manage labor costs.
They speak diversity but don't apply it.
Suggestions for improvement
- Allow managers to be able to support their employees during medical issues. Also training for the manager about understanding that there is two sides to a discussion when dealing with employees. The ability to listen is very helpful.
I dislike about the employer
No connection between management and worker. No support during medical issues. Big disconnect.
