Suggestions for improvement
- More flexible hours
Employers pay favorites, not impartial.
Company forces older employees out (legally, of course) favoring the younger cheaper labor.
Pay, benefits are excellent. Bonus' are based on company/ your divisions performance. Managers have a say how to distribute, which you might end up with a small amount.
Campus has good security, one does feel secure there.
some management (ATP) act entirely out of self-interest and cannot be trusted
type of work and kinds of programs are interesting
top-down, sweeping directives that do not consider feedback from lower levels
