Suggestions for improvement
- Do outside research and outreach before promotions and focus on their niche
they don't care about their employees or customers just money
they want you to do as many jobs at one as you can so they don't have to work
They don't care about their employees and want the ones who work good to do more than 1 job (like 3 or 4 things at once) but only pay for the 1 job.
they get upset if you are sick or need to be out for some reason. They don't exercise cleanliness in the company
It all depends on the manager you are given. Unfortunately, the company rotates managers and supervisors often, so if you enjoy a manager, make sure you let them know you love them.
You usually learn from your coworkers.
Women are almost always working in the front, even if they have unsavory customer service skills. No protection from "touchy" customers either.
