Suggestions for improvement
- I'd like to see the management take a more active role in leading the team. There was nothing wrong with the structure itself, but managers would often retreat and let the operation run itself, which sometimes led to difficulties arising that may have been preventable.
What I like about the company
They really took care of their employees. They encouraged employees to work their way up, and they often promote from within. They give a free meal, and free snacks/drinks. They often held meetings to address concerns, and keep staff updated with upcoming events and schedule changes.
What I dislike about the company
The high turnover rate meant I was often forced to take up the workoad while new employees were trained. I understand that the position itself can be somewhat difficult but the experience gained is rewarded.
