Suggestions for improvement
- I think the uniform policy is a little strict as we have to wear a specific color uniform even if you work with children.
What I like about the company
When my son started having medical issues they fought for a part time position for me, so that I did not have to quit and find a different job ! My manager is always emailing me telling me how amazing I am and how much she appreciates how hard I work as an employee and some times that’s all you need to have a good day !
What I dislike about the company
I think that having more maintenance people would be beneficial, if you don’t work at the hospital and work at a doctors office you do not always get stuff fixed in a timely manner.
