Virtually all of the leadership positions are led by women in my buidling.
I was promoted once but I do not think i will be promoted. People with less experience and education were chosen over me which is why i'm leaving.
Overall compensation for your work
This is why i'm looking for work. Someone with a master's degree should be making at least 40k.
Office / Work Environment
It is cold all year no matter what. The majority of us have blankets
Some days the volumes are high and some weeks they're low. it is getting repetitive to me.
Inclusive / Diverse
We are very diverse and my department is majority-minority with at least half of the leadership and supervisor roles held by women of color
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay more money. I'm overeducated and underpaid.

The pay. It's funny how the policy states that current employees can't give references but they want references in order for you to start.
