Suggestions for improvement
- To improve, I would make it mandatory to have weekly phones calls with my supervisor.
What I like about the company
Since I joined my new company, I have been welcomed by my team with open arms. The new hire training is exceptional.
What I dislike about the company
It has been tough to work 3rd shift when my boss works second shift.
