What I like

Since I joined my new company, I have been welcomed by my team with open arms. The new hire training is exceptional.

What I dislike

It has been tough to work 3rd shift when my boss works second shift.

Suggestions for improvement

To improve, I would make it mandatory to have weekly phones calls with my supervisor.

What I like

There were some good people but most are gone now.

What I dislike

Very toxic, backhanded culture. Low trust level. They will brag about gallop scores but don't be fooled. The scores are manipulated and people are basically bribed or intimidated to put high scores. It is so opposite of a "Christian" culture. You basically are joining a cult that serves only money and power for those at the top. Scary place. Move on, you can do much better.

Suggestions for improvement

Hire top leaders with integrity and character rather than local-yocals who only serve their incestuous network.
