Suggestions for improvement
- Schedule part time employees, part time not full time. Give full time employees the benefits for full time employment. Pay people adequately, don't try to pay them under minimum wage and if management said they would give raises to employees that worked x amount of years give it to them.
What I like about the company
Employees received a 20% discount on clothing.
What I dislike about the company
Management did not schedule or pay part time employees adequately. Employees were working over time and not getting paid for it. Management would also never supported an employee over a costumer, usually to the detriment of the company, by giving the costumer anything they asked for, and losing profits.
