I had to take some time off for a family emergency and it was easy to find coverage and my coworkers were so willing to help me out.

Flexible to wear what I want. Great supervisor. Communication between everyone.

Wages (pay her hour) is quite low compared to state average

Mentioned previously ...nothing really in my dept. but as a clinic the communication between PCP and patients needs to be better

I enjoy my supervisor and coworkers in the department I work in. The clinic allows tons of growth and opportunities

What I like

The health insurance allows for all employees to be seen with any providers at the clinic for much less than outside providers. It is clean, safe, and relaxed and safety is #1. All trainings, webinars and CEUs are paid for by management / clinic CEO.

What I dislike

The communication between various offices and the employees respecting certain departments throughout the clinic.

Suggestions for improvement

More outside trainings such as webinars or seminars that allow employees in various departments to get to know each other.

After working at this company for 13 years, i am so disapointed in my experience. Very Poor management.

What I like

There have never been any postive experiences working at this employer. I hate coming to my job everyday and dont want to come back. No one at that place that is in a senior position thinks things through. They allow inexperienced people and doctors run the place.

What I dislike

EVERYTHING!! They need training for managers and need to hire management with experience. They allow bulling from other employees and managers. No one has any kind or congratulating word for the employees. And they hire people under the impression that they will get a raise, then they do not give any employees a raise.

Suggestions for improvement

Improve everything. Fire managers that are bullies and unknowledgable in thier fields. Or have them take a class in how to be a manager. Also need to give raises. They lie to employees about getting a raise, then they do not give one.

Poor experience with the company. Managers are not trained properly and don't not even know how to do employees job.

What I like

I don't really think I have ever had a positive personal experience at my current company. The managers do not help the employees. There are no compliments or raises. No matter how much you go above and beyond for the patients.

What I dislike

ALL of them. ALL of the management needs to take a class or two on how to work well with their employees instead of being a dictator.

Suggestions for improvement

Management classes for all managers. They have allowed them to just move up with no education on how to manage people with respect. I also think they need to fire the director of the business office, she makes bad business decisions.
