Again all numbers
Support from management
Managers didn't care about how you felt, only looked at numbers
Very few people were helpful almost everyone looks out for themselves
Freedom to work independently
They let you do your job the best way for you
Communication was good for promoting their specials but not good in communicating problems and handling them professionally
Extremely biased based off seniority
Attitude towards older colleagues
Again biased towards certain staff members
Very little room to advance your career
Overall compensation for your work
No benefits as a server as you are considered part time
Office / Work Environment
Kitchen is pretty bad and not gonna lie really not fun to work in, it's small with no air conditioning and is extremely unbearable at times.
Has a good image unfortunately it's mostly just an image.

- Listen to the feedback you receive and put it to use in a proper way. The communication with this business is really bad.

They lie to your face and tell you what you want to hear. Handle interpersonal issues both with staff and customers horribly.
