Suggestions for improvement
- Some shifts with younger employees should be monitored a little better and encouragement given to optimize their time usage. It was make a noticeable difference in production.
What I like about the company
We work hard, but are paid well. There are many things that are done for employees that a lot of places don't do. We get a birthday dinner as well as a paid day off, a gift card for mother's day and Superbowl weekend off.
What I dislike about the company
I do wish they would limit the number of times that some employees with higher seniority could sign for posted jobs that allows them to bounce back and forth between shifts. I could understand if it were for a promotion, but that is not always the case. This limits opportunities for others that really want the posted positions and would stay in them.
