Suggestions for improvement
- Federal GS wage salaries are not keeping up with private sectors. Not many people are applying due to that and it will create a knowledge gap that will reduce reliability if not fixed soon. Salaries need to be increased at least 10 percent to be on equal footing with other companies
What I like about the company
Work-Life Balance, coworkers are very experienced and know the industry well. Everyone is self-motivated and responsible.
What I dislike about the company
High level executive management does not understand the concept that every department in the company is different in terms of workload. They try to do a one size fits all approach which never works in real life. Causes lots of waste time and labor.
