Suggestions for improvement
- Make payroll better balanced to meet the requirements of all tasks as well as the longer then normal required check out process. Listen to those who are in the store and not just what is on paper.

What I dislike about the company
Lack of hours available to fully staff store. Heavy tasking without payroll to complete. Unable to perform basic customer service to all customers. Failure to sell discount cards and magazine subscriptions will lead to termination and required to push multiple times to customers when cashing out.
