Suggestions for improvement
- Looking at things from a business/profit view is essential, however, sometimes patients feel rushed and have said it is like a factory. I have heard patient feedback that suggests they are "herded like cattle" through the doors and do not have their questions addressed properly. I think there should be more focus on adding staff to accommodate the growing patient population so that there are an appropriate number of patients being seen in a day. One provider seeing 40 patients per day looks good on paper, but how much time are they giving to these patients? Are the patients leaving the office feeling confident in their doctor and staff and comfortable with the time spent?
What I like about the company
This is the place to be. There is an overall sense of pride that the employees share working for BGC. The company offers the best training and benefits packages. The atmosphere is very professional and polished. Starting the work day off with team building meetings was always encouraging. There are great opportunities for growth and a good sense of teamwork among most of the employees there.
