Spent 7 years handling the companies largest and most important projects. At the end of the day and 7 years later, NO upward mobility and time was wasted. No roadmap, just jumping through hoops and in the end they had a decision...do the right thing and promote the person who is already 2 levels below were they should be and outperforming all of their co-workers, or get rid of the problem and buy them off to leave...they took the later!
The parking....sucks. Parking is 2 blocks away from the building! Maybe it's a cultural and European/German thing, but ridiculous if you're handicapped or get sick and have to walk that distance! Also, it doesn't help to be on tmie to meetings as an additional 10 minutes or more needs to be added in.
They have rent-a-cops and a camera system that is useless. Before leaving in 2017, tailgates were stolen off of multiple vehicles in the parking lot, one person was assaulted, and I believe a women sexually assaulted! Nothing prevented things from going on and issues right in front of their face.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the leadership team who failed to recognize as High Potential Ensure your talent is promoted and people behind the level they should be at or risk losing them and all of the time spent training and knowing the workings of the company and products which now becomes a threat.

The ability to move around under normal circumstance for a large company
The potential for upward mobility in a large company, if the leadership team has the skill to recognize skilled team members
Higher compensation and benefits and tried to balance work/life
What I dislike about the company
Liberal and European ideals - 5 waste baskets, anti-gun, minority preference, etc.
