NEPOTISM You could only advance... if u were related to H.R (95% of people were) the rest of the employees were humiliated by H.R and talked down too. I have never seen anything like this before. People failed drug tests for cocaine up to 3 times in a row and we're made team leads.
Support from management
Management made a ton of promises. Gave people career paths that H.R shut down. You could do a 70.000$ a year job for years and if you weren't related to H.R you had no chance for advancement!
Team work was amazing at first. But the team fell apart due to lack of leadership helping the team develope it was every man for themselves. Management gained $30.000 a year
Freedom to work independently
We ran Everything
We were costantly told we didn't do enough
It was pretty much a gentleman's club
Attitude towards older colleagues
No if you're not related to H.R you are not going to advance.
No chance of that unless you are related to H.R
Overall compensation for your work
Good pay and benefits if you are entry level.
Office / Work Environment
It was a great work environment
No absolutely not! This is the worst company I have ever worked for.
The worst people in the company moved on to high level jobs. The rest of us got screwed due to less than amateur decisions on there part.
They were top notch at this
They followed a ton of rules! But could not enforce them. H.R would not allow it.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of legacy employees that say I don't care if we fail I have a job no matter what.
What I like about the company
Fair entry level pay
