What employees say

Employees like

Nice staff and we all became like family there
ive generally liked the company until I switched location and the manager thrives on conflict and focus is on the wrong things. I'm in my 40s, I just want to do a good job, help my coworkers and go home to my family at the end of the day and forget about work until the next day.
I've been very supported by management especially as I transitioned into motherhood. They have been flexible with my hours and being able to work from home. They supported me through my master's degree and they've been with me every step of the way as I try to advance my career.
Working for a hospital can be greatly rewarding as you can have a huge impact on patients and families during some of their hardest times. There is a great team of people working there and they are all pulling for the same thing.
I get paid on par with other big companies in the same position. I do get vacation sick and personal time.

Employees don't like

The lack of flexibility with working hours. I go to church on Saturday but it was hard to get saturday’s off
Work as a team, don’t give preferential treatment to best friends lower on the ladder and give everyone a chance to succeed and move up in the company
HR I feel is here for the managers and not the employees.
training for employees to advance to other positions.
I wish they got a better maternity leave years ago. They should have been the leader in this. They also don't pay well compared to other companies. Transportation and parking there is tough and I wish they subsidized more of the parking as it's my only option to get to work.

Suggestions for improvement

Treat every employee fairly and make them feel safe in their work environment. Nobody should be yelled and or threatened.
I would suggest that the organization improves communication, both within and between departments.
Improving Human Resources' response to employee concern/complaints.
flexible working hours and yeah
I would like to see constructive feedback from the manager and not having the manager hide. I would like the see employees treated fairly.
