Boston Children's Hospital experience report

My coworkers are wonderful but we are treated as numbers and not valued by the institution as a whole.

Suggestions for improvement

  • The company should not be so nurse-centric and I would revisit pay of everyone performing life saving clinical tests and make sure they are paid fairly.

What I like about the company

My company performs a lot of medical miracles for children who are the sickest of the sick. They come first and foremost and no stone is ever left unturned in regards to their care.

What I dislike about the company

Our company needs to value its clinical staff who aren't doctors and nurses more. We are underpaid and over worked. Acknowledging the work that is done behind the scenes and paying fairly for the work that is done would be a good start toward a better tomorrow.
