Suggestions for improvement
- I can't think of much and frankly this survey is getting to be a bit too long.
What I like about the company
I have a supervisor who is also a great mentor. There are opportunities for advancement as well. The university provides a very competitive benefits package, including a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan, discounted T-passes, dental coverage, 403(b) along with a match, and tuition remission plan (I got a Masters degree for about $500 - only had to paid registration fees). Another great benefit is that children of employees can get their undergraduate degrees here with a 90% tuition remission, so employees only pay for 10% of the tuition costs, which is a great benefit.
What I dislike about the company
I really can't think of much that I disapprove of.
