Needs work. Because of acquisitions, the company feels very disjointed. Employees feel unappreciated.

Direct managers need more training and people skills.
Co-workers were great.
Would recommend sensitivity training for managers not born in this country.
Need to be more open to 'working from home'.
No stability. The company grows through acquisition. There are always layoffs.
