In this case the district manager was on his own agenda and not on a team based agenda, which is fine as long as you don't lose sight that typically working through PEOPLE got you to where you are and should keep you there more so than ever. Unfortunately for Bowlmor-AMF the culture is in such a bad state that it's fend for yourself (you know, protect that bit of turf!) and step on or deflect blame instead of stepping in the mud. Wouldn't want you to look bad to TS.
