Support from Management
When I was hired to work at Boyne I was told all the "Boyne basics" I very quickly learned management does not follow them. I worked in each job in food and beverage you can, under a few managers. (They are all the same) you have little to not support.
They offer trains and you are required to go, they stress to you in the classes to follow all rules. When you are on the floor, things are very different and they just want the job done.
