I like about the employer
The impact and experience I had on the members and the ways I was able to positively impact them by bringing my own experience and using what I knew to teach my activities.
I dislike about the employer
There was not enough room for growth or change as well as the opportunity to advance. The Open-Door policy was not really accepted when it came to discussing any issues with management to another person of authority in management. Change was encouraged but not really accepted. Sometimes I was spoken to in a disrespectful and derisive manner when I brought up an issue or attempted to suggest ideas or change.
