No payment for overtime. Poor pay raises after positive review
Office / Work Environment
Cramped, dirty workplace. Cockroaches
Massive amounts of paper and styrofoam waste. No recycling
Expects you to work overtime and on call with no overtime pay
High turnover rate. Employees are constantly watching their back because of shady, sneaky business practice. Employees are told their job is safe, then are terminated shortly after. They are constantly trying to sell the company.
Dangerous attic ladder that has caused SEVERE workplace injuries. Management refuses to use ladder for fear of injury, yet requires employees to use it
Inclusive / Diverse
Management that uses racial slurs, tries to be as "politically incorrect" as possible. Weekly staff meetings are used to spark controversy political debates instead of help employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Youd need to scrap the whole place and start over to improve
What I dislike about the company
Dangerous business practices, improper employee training, employees are asked to perform duties they are not legally certified to do. Unqualified management. No overtime pay, forced to work weekends after explicitly stating no weekends upon hire. Forced to be on call.
