Bradenton Research Center experience report

worse place to work

2.44

Company Culture

you can't trust no one in there

Support from management

manager criticizes other employees when they are not there.

Overall compensation for your work

no benefit with the exception of a cheap expensive health insurance

Office / Work Environment

lighting were poor

Work-Life Balance

they are fair on that area

Job Security

whenever they have a low patient volume. They decide to fire someone. Later place another ad at monster for the position. After speaking to former employees, I learned that is the way they have always been.

Suggestions for improvement

  • manager shouldn't be gossiping on other employees. If the job requires a PRN employee, don't hires a full-time person to fire him in a month.

What I like about the company

they were flexible for working hours

What I dislike about the company

too much overturn on constant basis; no warning before they fire someone; this was the worse place that I ever worked in my 20 years in the medical field.
