manager criticizes other employees when they are not there.

lighting were poor
they are fair on that area
whenever they have a low patient volume. They decide to fire someone. Later place another ad at monster for the position. After speaking to former employees, I learned that is the way they have always been.
Suggestions for improvement
- manager shouldn't be gossiping on other employees. If the job requires a PRN employee, don't hires a full-time person to fire him in a month.
What I like about the company
they were flexible for working hours
What I dislike about the company
too much overturn on constant basis; no warning before they fire someone; this was the worse place that I ever worked in my 20 years in the medical field.
