Suggestions for improvement

What I like about the company
I was able to work independently and had a lot of support from the current admin. Students are good but require a lot of one on one assistance.
What I dislike about the company
The culture is lacking. Many mindsets are stuck in the 1950s and are reluctant to change. If it doesn’t fit tradition, it won’t fly. There isn’t a friendly culture. If you’re an outsider, or different in any way, people will judge and shun you. Safety also needs to be improved (metal detectors, security, cameras, etc). Technology needs to be improved as well. Lastly, salaries need to be increased if you want to retain good teachers.
