Suggestions for improvement
- Administration should take more time to recognize hard working employees. The more out going employees tend to get more attention.
What I like about the company
They are usually good about advertising employee successes and offer a competitive salary with other districts in our area. There is a limited budget to provide positive employee interaction after hours and they have done their best to provide some opportunity for employees across the district to be able to interact with each other outside of school hours.
What I dislike about the company
People who go out of their way to get on the good side of administrators tend to get more opportunities. Employees who work hard but don't "kiss up" don't often get recognition.
