Suggestions for improvement
- Stop lying and saying that a person will be hired in within 45 days make them work for 58 then fire them for positions that they were hired for and was not allowed to worked because you have them working others places in the plant that has nothing to do with the job you hired them for. Because their production rate was not where it was suppose to be. They make things hard for the employee when it is time to hire them in. So they can save the company money they will bring new employee's in so they can pay them at a lower rate, and won't have to employee the employee that are already there.
I like about the employer
I like nothing about this factory because they use people until time to hire them then fire them for a position that were never able to do because they would have them working on another position within the plant. Then when your hire in time is approaching they hire in others to train then fire the ones that previously worked.
