Suggestions for improvement
- Administration should give autonomy to each clinic to the extent that they can deal with their unique issues inherent to their location and individual employees. Admin should provide support and general oversight for individual clinics. Of course this would require competent middle management at clinic level. They should also consider substituting experience for degrees. There are many competent and experienced employees that are locked into a position without hope of advancement because they actually had advanced careers, but no college paper that says they learned the coursework. Many of their "degreed" employees have no real life experience and have difficulty dealing with non-textbook situations.
What I like about the company
If you can survive at BHA, it will give you the confidence that you can handle anything any other employment may bring. There is definitely job security, as the turn around rate is extremely high and they are always short handed.
