Suggestions for improvement
- Have another managerial position so the store Manager isn't the only one to go to, he is biased, doesn't like confrontation or decision making where employees are concerned and overlooks until he lets someone go, instead of giving warnings, making a way to work things out when problems arise, etc.
- Will not let employees cross train,,,,so there is no advancement, you can't help do something if it is not your job, so you sit there if someone is out and cannot help customers. Pay starts very low, very tiny raises if at all, no holidays are paid,,,,none, so if store is closed you don't get paid.
What I dislike about the company
Boss will simply let someone go to hire a family member or friend, after telling person that they aren't the only one being let go,,,and no one else is....he will not mediate problems between employees, he choses who he decides to believe and if you are not his pal forget it...workers do not help each other, he does not ask employees who are not busy to help those who are in store, drivers are handled differently as they have their own supervisor
