Suggestions for improvement
- Hire leadership that follows legal procedures towards employees rather than have a prejudicial process that was influenced by cronyism. Needs to have their own Special Education Services program within their district rather than contract outside the district.
I like about the employer
Students, teachers, parents, and community were great to work with.
I dislike about the employer
Administrative leadership was prejudicial towards subordinate administrative staff. I was the oldest and made the highest salary among assistant principals. They created an atmosphere of mistrust and lack of support. Did not use legal process towards grievances. To much cronyism and nepotism in the district.
