Company culture is to not address gross misconduct of the chosen few
Support from management
Assistant director enmeshed with supervisor can't be objective about herself our supervisor. Plays favorites with certain employees.
Employees are clicky, shady and favorites catered to
Freedom to work independently
No autonomy. You can make decisions on your own nor is your input valued
There is no communication. Employees are not told about changes until they happen.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Hire older individuals but their opinion not valued
Only way to move up is to get your CAP.
Overall compensation for your work
Wages poor, benefits poor and expensive, work load bigger than pay.
Office / Work Environment
Computer system out of date, slow and just don't work right. Couldn't get a new chair unless you have a disability that warrants one. Never seen anything like it and won't let you bring your own chair.
With load heavy.Can't finish work unless stay late. Little paid time off and have to take full 8 hours just to go to a doctor's appointment.families not considered
No employee past or present speaks highly of this organization
Job not stable.they are always looking for ways to get rid of people
No elevator doesn't work.

Very sick enmeshed director, assistant director and supervisor. No boundaries and lots of favouritism.
