Culture runs thru HR like a dictatorship
Support from Management
Upper management is disconnected from reality.
A lot of walls but some departments try to work together.
Level of Autonomy
Too much paranoia from upper management that what really goes on will get out.
Minimal opportunity for female management members.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Definite bias towards older associates and there is an unwritten age where you are replaced unless you are a Corporate HR Director favorite.
