Personal agendas of management team dictate whether employees succeed or fail, not based on fair and concrete business needs.
Suggestions for improvement
- The engineering management team needs to be immediately reviewed, there have been at least ten engineers in a department of twenty that have either been terminated or left on their own accord within the past three years, that is indicative of a problem not a solution. Work hours need to be reviewed for professional staff, while hourly maintenance employees are limited to working 16 hours straight, engineers are able and expected to work 30 to 40 hours straight. Not only does that eliminate any work-life balance but it endangers the lives of its employees.
