Support from Management
Reactive approach to everything instead of being proactive. Majorit of leadership has no experience in the process they over see and set unobtainable goals.
They preach safety but pressure employees to rush in extremely hot conditions creating many unsafe conditions.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire all new management and allow those qualified from the ground level to advance to management positions. Have the process engineer meet with the most experienced and efficient team members in each department to re write the S.O.P. . End the rotating shifts and have set day or night schedules.
