Management is not as visible as they need to be.
Teachers are kept out of the loop on a large scale.
Male teachers are often scrutinized by parents and management does not back them up as much as they should.
Management tries to keep you where it best suits them versus working with you to advance in your career.
Overall compensation for your work
The pay is not a living wage; especially if you have a family.
Office / Work Environment
The staff tries to help each other out. However; management is disorganized.
