Hard to reach someone by phone/text and receive a response. A lot of turnover lately.
Most staff seems to get along well.
Level of Autonomy
They claim to have lots of cases available but rarely offered ones unless you ask daily. Even then, you don't always receive a response.
Communication is lacking. Leave several messages and rarely hear back.
