The culture is rule by fear and intimidation.

Within the past three years, they hired one of the least ethical leaders I have ever worked with. People who thought their organizations would have to report to "them" formally changed their department name and employee titles in an attempt to avoid that fate.
The workers in the regions work very well together for the most part. At the corporate office, however, leadership has polarized the employees.
