Leadership was based on personal relationships and favoritism.
Suggestions for improvement
- Everything about this company was suspicious.When the office called they would call from a blocked number. No awards or praise for hard work and dedication. No communication with staff and the company would always make last minute decisions.

How they would try to send employees to dangerous neighborhoods or long distance cases for 1 to 2 hours for $8.00 hours.
